Villa (H) - Rearranged Game - No Cash Refunds

This club really isn’t helping itself. No cash refund if you can’t make the Villa rearranged home games. It’s credit with the club instead. 
 

The tone of the statement is really un-customer friendly. Mentioning it’s not in the standard T and Cs as if it’s a favour to you.
