Not sure about a Fav platitude but I'm  sick of  seeing dozens of pointless threads that say nothing new other than what's been quoted hundreds of times in other threads.

So starting meaningless threads is one of my pet hates this season....

It's just people venting their frustration and anger, it's practically the only outlet they have.

The Championship can be fun, I rather liked our 100pt season there last time. I'm not sure this team has a 100pts in two seasons in them though. That 100pt team was the backbone of the future Champions of England team.
