3 and a half games so far and only one goal for open play. Not helped by the fact one side is always defending deep. Hopefully England will see to that tomorrow. Spain also probably will later.

Costa Rica did well in the first 15 minutes, holding their nerve but once Spain scored the first, it's been far too easy since then.

Surprised to see USA only beat Vietnam 3-0 overnight, nobody has really had a standout game yet.

 

Japan-Zambia is an interesting one, should be an easy Japan win but Zambia just beat Germany in their warm up game and have some talent in the team.

Could have been much more, Vietnam rarely got out their half and didnt have a shot all match.  1000's of USA fans have made the trip which I was a bit surprised to see, although womens football is hugely popular in the states....and they'll probably win it again.

Japan play some nice stuff but quality in final third is terrible.

Why did Musonda's first yellow not get rescinded? It was a penalty she got booked for but got brought back for offside.
