Agreed, there's contact from Russo but it doesn't hinder the Haiti player.

 

Shocking challenge on Kelly, she's lucky to only get a yellow for that.

Was a foul by Russo and glad to see it given as it's so easy to ignore because the defender stayed on her feet.

 

Could easily have been a red for the challenge afterwards though.

You can't go back to give yellows with VAR, but that's not what happened. It's yellow for the foul on Kelly, and the VAR was to determine if there was a foul by Russo first. You can still get a booking for fouls committed after play has been stopped
