Lots and lots of understandable negativity and depression and accusation....but almost all of the players have given me great moments in them representing us.

Before they all clear off, here's a positive thread for the (many) players who browse these forums whilst in a beach club right now

I won't list them all, but I'll go for some random memories

Big Dan; the late goal at Brighton. Champions league. Sunderland away as sub in the title run in. The Chelsea pennent! His poor old leg break on the Vichai day

Youri & Madders; too many great moments to mention...but Man U FA Cup QF and Man City away 5-2. And the Eindhoven equaliser! And obvs Southampton 9-0. Happy days!

Kels; that delayed dink goal away at Brighton. That goal home v Palace. Charity shield. FA Cup semi. League Cup semi equaliser at Villa The first var goal!

Even Vesty. Been a disaster but a heroic 15 mins away at Rennes

Ricardo. One of our most talented players ever and seems to care more than many. The link up with Perez for the 3rd at Southampton is one of my favourite moments from the last few years.

Vardy, Nachoman, Ricardo, Kevin,

Slim pickings this season

The idea of the thread, tbh, is NOT to remember this season. There have been happy memories. I'd rather focus on those rather than the disastrous season we've just had.

Iversen, Amartey, Souttar, Justin, Ricardo, KDH, Mendy, Hamza, Albrighton, Nacho and Vardy they may not all be the most talented players but they always give 100% effort which is the minimum the fans deserve.

Kel's hattrick on mother's day was a genuinely emotional moment.

His interview after that game was lovely too. "for all the mums".

Jonny Evans winning his 60/40 against Kane at home a few years back, and in the process kicking Kane 6 feet up in the air. Magnificent

(I'm quite happy to support Kane in an England shirt, but its red mist time vs Spurs)

What a great shout!!.

I also remember KDB running direct at him... Evans backed off and backed off and Then suddenly stepped up and took the ball off KDB like sweets from a baby. With that same  'take that, you cnt' look as he did with Kane.

Edit, KDB not KDH!!!

For me, on a smug selfish level - Nacho - the Man City league cup quarter final loss where we didn't go for it at all and Nacho hardly got the ball all game. Why? I was sat in the pub watching trying to defend him, after all we'd hardly seen him, but I'd seen enough playing for Nigeria to know he was decent. After I'd said it, I was getting hammered left right and centre, and him even worse "he's shit" "we've been sold a dud" "wouldn't get in a championship side". Always stuck with me and I always have a rye smile now when the same people from that day try and tell me he's brilliant and they've always rated him. I remember.

Vardy - the best ever for us

Kelechi

Ricardo

Justin

Maddison

Barnes

Mendy

Shame, because in other seasons before this, the list would be much longer. The togetherness on the field was reflected off it on the sidelines or in the stands. The disconnect may have been lingering in the background but now it's clear as day for all to see. The lack of camaraderie needs to be acknowledged and changed. Players need to take responsibility for that, but also led from above.

15/16 there was a 'brotherhood'. The sooner the club gets that back the better.

While I like none of them at the moment, you can't mention Big Dan without Stoke away. Limbs that day!

Love Big Dan.. he can be an absolute bombscare and needs 10 seconds to make a decision to pass when he's on the ball, but the man is so passionate and selfless on the pitch - you can tell he really cares and loves the club. He wears his heart on his sleeve and I love that.

I don't like or dislike any of the players, I like the great memories they have given me and dislike the times they have played cr#p or have gone in a huff or maybe not given the 100% on the pitch that they should have. I hate the times where they have played badly or cost us a goal or points or the times when we should have won and we didn't.ultimately I just want them to do their best for the club and when they haven't im rightly pi**ed but that's life!.

Can only imagine all those not saying Albrighton have just forgotten he’s still here because of his loan.

How can you not love the man who was a big reason for our turn in form during the great escape, played every game in the title winning season, scored 2 of the most memorable goals in the clubs history vs Brugge and Sevilla and won the FA Cup? :(

I like Castagne, nowhere near as bad last season as some of the comments in response to his PPOTY award suggest.

The players I like/have time for generally.

Vardy - Goes without saying

Daka - More to come, his return in the minutes he's played i stood.

Iheanacho - quality player, unexpectedly

Barnes - I'm a similar age, saw his debut at Porto, it'll be gutting to see him leave

KDH - local, grafts, has more quality than he's showed this season

Pereira - long standing quality player, he's more passionate than most

Iversen - waited so long for his chance, fantastic reflexes, looks like a keeper

Evans (been an excellent signing, despite this season and his recent comments)

Faes - Again, I think he's better than what we've seen so far. The midfield has been near inexistent which hasn't helped

Ndidi - Been a great player for us, don't attach much blame to him for his regression, his injuries and Rodgers have done that

Ndidi seems like a nice guy as well. I have a soft spot for the Nigerians as I work and socialise with a lot but they both come across as just solid blokes. I don't think there's anyone I want to recover their form more than Ndidi.
