Shitshow incoming, means unlikely to be playing any first team EFL friendlies in the fortnight before the season start. Couldn’t plan their way out the front door this bunch of dimwits.

We need games against hard running lower league teams after a month of intensive pre season training/conditioning. It's going to be hard in the Championship let's not delude ourselves (reference Blackburn at home in the FA Cup!)

Although I would prefer more domestic friendlies for us this summer, especially with that stupid Asian tour, it is a shame that the Leuven friendly is over here this time

 

Heard good things about last years over there and was hoping to go if they did it again

Gutted I was too young for the Scotland tour in 2004 or 2005, would love that to happen now.

Between July 4th and 8th, the group will go on a training camp to Horst, in the Netherlands. At the end of the camp, we will practice against KRC Genk. On July 17th, the players and staff will go to Leicester for a second training camp. This camp will end on July 19th with a friendly match against our Sister Club, Leicester City. The Jupiler Pro League competition starts on the weekend of July 28th.

We would do well to get a pre-season fixture against Burnley. 

Kompany has got them back in super early. So their fitness levels will be high.

Anyone who plays them will have a tough test.
