This comes up a lot on here and as someone who's only recently moved away from Nottingham after over a decade of living there I can tell you it's become one of the worst places to live in the country. The nightlife is nothing like it used to be and it's a ****ing shit hole.

Basing an opinion on a place entirely on its city centre is utterly pointless.

I could say worse about St.Anns, Meadows, Sneinton etc.

I know Leicester has it's dumps but way people talk about Nottingham is like it's actually nice.

Well yeah of course. But the players are living in Ruddington, Keyworth and West Bridgford… and the city centre has one of the best food/coffee/cocktails scenes in the country.

It’s not even remotely comparable and I’d not judge any leicester player choosing to live here. Especially due to it being 15/20 mins from Seagrave.

I took my daughter to leicester a few weeks ago for the first time and it just depressed me more than anything else.

There are equally as many nice places in Leicestershire if not more. Like you said it's not really fair to judge anywhere by it's city centre now, but there's a bit of hyperbole about how nice Nottingham is on here.

Think it's lived off an old reputation for ages. Bit like their football team until this season😂

I dunno, I’m only going of lived experiences. I’m a year away from living in Notts as long as I did Leicester… be weird when that milestone passes!

agreed on Leicestershire villages, some beautiful places. I think the issue is training ground location. Be a right ball ache to get from south Leics (where most of the best bits are) to Seagrave.

I guess it doesn’t help that the club themself own a load of property in Nottingham. Including the penthouse of the building in front of the city ground lol

Nottingham stands out because it’s compared to Leicester and Derby.

Nottingham has retained some culture, sense of identity and passion for its own city.

Leicester, frankly, has none of that.

Said it a few times ......he's lost it since his injury. He's a liability. No top 10 team will come in for him.

I’d actually debated stating this morning I’d be tempted to try Stolarkzyk.

Will be back to his best once he joins a club that actually has a decent manager and defenders

This, he'll be a top Prem keeper

I need to be educated by the experts on here.  Mads is the least of our problems.  Players walking back thinking it's a goal, mads will save it,  or its going over the bar are all unacceptable for a defender.  Expect the feking unexpected you lazy baster.s

He’s one of the reasons we have as many points we do.

Unfortunately since his injury we’ve gone to bits.

Since the injury, he’s been terrible. Worse, he’s now gone to the Wout Faes school of arm flappery. Terrible distribution from someone who showed real promise in that area. Nothing any good, from long hoofy balls to short balls straight back to Newcastle attackers.

I fear that 2nd goal may knock his confidence even more.

Id play Jakub for the rest of the season to get ready for next year.

I wish the shot from in the Newcastle half had gone in instead of hitting the bar.  I really despise this group of players. You only have to look at their body language, lack of effort, lack of discipline. They do not give a flying fk. One way or another I hope most of the losers leave this summer, along with RVN and Rudkin. We can't go on like this unless ultimately they want league1 football.

Mads has advised the Leicester Mercury " I’m sure we’ll be able to put something really good together for next season." suggesting he is not planning on jumping ship... we can but hope
