Going by the rules it's a definite red card once you give a free kick. Not seen a close up of the foul to see how much contact there was.

It's a red though and terrible defending to get in that position. Horrendous decision to make the tackle for the pen as well. Just imploded. 

 

Credit to PSG as they have been pretty good as not always easy against 10.
