Are you deliberately nocturnal like a fox?

Not deliberately- it is a trait that comes with deoression/anxiety/suffocating every night without medical aid.

The EFL broadcasting rule is an odd one. I can understand it for streaming but no one will decide not to watch a match because its on the radio.

So the next question then is why not offer it for a tenner or a quid?

Pretty sure there is a minimum amount, most clubs are set at £45 for the year.

That article reads that UK residents can watch our championship matches that are not 3pm on a Saturday or on TV. Is that true? For some reason I thought we couldn't watch any games and it was only international fans that could really make us of the video player. If true it becomes a little more interesting some months potentially.

It is if you listen via radio but they don't have live commentary on their internet/BBC app feeds

Yes that is very annoying how you can’t listen to BBC Radio Leicester on line whilst the 90 minute or 115 minute game is on. Then they turn it back on after the final whistle and that replaced the robotic message on loop. I hate it !!

Nice one @Foxes_Trust - this is more like it!

Agree. PS: How did your discussions with the Club on the failures of last season go?

You are correct and the link in the OP is wrong. Quote from the FoxesHub link:

"Video broadcasting restrictions will be in place on some league fixtures. Matches which are shown live on TV by the EFL's broadcast rights holders will not be available on Foxes Hub in regions to which that applies. EFL matches scheduled for a Saturday 3pm kick-off (UK time) will not be available on Foxes Hub in the UK. Ahead of each game, the Club will publish a list of all territories in which games on Foxes Hub can be viewed."

from the Trust...."The answer is that EFL rules do not allow clubs to provide the service for free. "

So that is why they charge... NOT why thyey charge $4.50..... they COULD charge $1 for the season

So in truth.... The answer is CAPITALISM

"The other difference this year, we understand, is that not all U-21 matches will be shown live on the Hub.  This, apparently, is because the number of viewers for many games last season was very low."

Maybe they didn't publicise it enough, sometimes it was hard to know if it was being streamed.

Sometimes it was streamed on YouTube as well as the OS sometimes not.

The media department is a bit of a shambles at times and certainly very inconsistent.

Did you not get the memo that football isn't for the fans anymore.

The club don't give a **** about you or it's normal supporters, they want our money and that is it.

Pretty sure its the EFL that insist on the price minimum, not the club.
