Steve Albini - producer of at least three of my favourite albums ❤️

I guess it’s got to that stage where lots of key people from my life are going to start popping their clogs.

Sublime master of noise and harmony.

Looks like Lord Buckethead has been executed and put on display

Shame, I was hoping he’d be given an honorary role by Sadiq.

I heard he got them to record the drums for this in the studio bathroom, absolutely iconic.

Just seen some recent pics of him, he looked much older.

Don't do drugs kids!

Not that funny tbh mate. Struggled his life due to the sexual abuse he suffered as a kid.

Not meant to be funny.

If you need an example of why drugs are bad, there you go.

Ah shit.

Loved Twin Peaks of course. But maybe my favourite Lynch film, and probably in my 3 favourite films of all time, is The Straight Story. There's a ten minute spell from around 25-35 minutes in that is just the most beautiful filmmaking, the direction, cinematography, music, everything. Just perfection. That it came from the same director as Eraserhead and Blue Velvet just shows how talented and original he was.

I’ll always remember watching Twin Peaks for the first time. Have never done a rewatch surprisingly. Will have to do one now I think.

Definitely in my top 10 favourite shows. What a shame. RIP.

Absolutely gutted by David Lynch's passing, an absolute legend and icon of cinema. I remember staying up until 3AM to watch the Twin Peaks third season when it went out on Sky a few years ago. I knew he had emphysema, his passion for smoking cigarettes was legendary, but it is still a massive shock. I was a huge fan but never managed to watch Eraserhead, The Elephant Man or finish Inland Empire.
