Guest ChrisWalken456 Posted 30 May 2024 Posted 30 May 2024 Feels like we are doomed next season regardless whether he stayed or not. Please don't replace him with Frank Lampard!

Popular Post Collymore Posted 30 May 2024 Popular Post Posted 30 May 2024 10 threads on this already deleted tonight. If it's not confirmed by Morrison's night shift manager at Chelsea Village Express, then there shouldn't be a thread. 1 4

Popular Post WigstonWanderer Posted 30 May 2024 Popular Post Posted 30 May 2024 I thank him for our promotion and wish him well in his career. With the resources he’ll have available at Chelsea he may even be able to make his style of football work in the Premier League, as long as he develops more flexibility and doesn’t have too much interference from the owners. I can’t imagine his style would have worked for us in the PL - champagne football with brown ale players, so think this is the best outcome. Just hope the powers that be can find a suitably pragmatic replacement that can keep us up in the season ahead. 5 1 1

STUHILL Posted 31 May 2024 Posted 31 May 2024 5 years?! Chelsea owners learning from their mistakes I see. Sign KDH on a 10 year next. Dare ya! 1

Koke Posted 31 May 2024 Posted 31 May 2024 With this and also Kompany going to Bayern, maybe there's a shortage of elite managers today. Nobody wants Conte, Mourinho, Allegri etc with their terrorist football so big clubs are going for managers with limited experience and limited success.

st albans fox Posted 31 May 2024 Posted 31 May 2024 All the nonsense in the media about 5 years being too long. The length of the contract is irrelevant unless you know if there are pre written severance/break clauses in it it’s just a means of them saying that this is our man for the long term and we’re invested in the project - long term. If the team don’t perform over the next twelve months he’ll be out of there. 3
