That would actually be a really interesting case. If the FA/EFL were to try and force us to do something which breaks their own rules...

But yeah let's not have any more drama please. Enough's enough :sweating:

If anyone was to complain to the FCA we could face criminal charges because....

- Unregulated gambling sponsor

- We're actively promoting a logo that contains the bitcoin sign, and to do so either the club or BC Game would have to hold a trading licence in the UK (neither do....)

Sadly i've just got really into investigating the merky world of money laundering 'gambling' sponsors. I've contributed to the Josimar articles and also was interviewed by the BBC the other week who are doing a big expose on all this... sort of thing that will end up on Panorama if they find what they're looking for.

No not at all. But I like them and I’ve really got into it and enjoyed sharing bits of info with Josimar journalists etc.

Essentially got too much time on my hands late evenings mate lol

The BBC thing came from some comments I’d made on a LinkedIn post about my findings

Theres a bit of me that always wanted to be a journo, must be that!

For anyone new here....

Curacao-Rabidi-BC.Game-IGA-Trust-1536x11

BC Game is currently being 'run' using the entity bottom right.

The latest logo on our shirt today was registered by an entirely new entity in an entirely new location... Samoa.

They're called NeuraX Limited

Wouldn't want to mess with those two. They must be strong to pick up Rudkin and swing him at a bloke's face.
