Ok, we should accept being linked to gambling company that at best has been proven to not met consumer needs in a industry where not meeting industry standards can cause people serious mental health issues, serious financial issues, or death. And it worst has links to money laundering and potentially organised crime, because Chelsea seem to have got getting around FFP down to a fine art?

Not really comparable situations are they. Like I say, it’s hyperbole, or you don’t seem to appreciate exactly how shady bc games are.

I'm not sure what some on here don’t get.

It's a dodgy company at best and criminal at worst and not LICENSED here.

But that's fine I guess an un licensed car driver is fine by their standards to.

Thank god there's posts like this that actually get it.

The complicit nature of some of these posts just remind me of not just why they have got away with this sponsor, but so much of what Top has done in the last few years.

A lot of it is, and to be fair with good reason, down to a lot of good will after the success we had. But a lot of it is the really passive nature of so many fans. We do really seem to have more than most fanbases.

Not to the level we are. Have a read through these articles, it makes for grim reading. We are super charged and relentless at it, absolutely no shame.

I mean agreed but if you also look at BC games in comparison to the companies there there's a big difference.

No one's asked why they went bankrupt, so I'll tell you why, $2.5 million not payed out to customers, and an outstanding claim with one customer who deposited a million US dollars which they froze and stole.

Feel really most-frustrated/sorry for @Lukeslaw over this.

Am I correct in thinking when they met with the club a while ago they basically said that gambling companies pay us a lot of money so tough or something to that effect. Absolutely harrowing.

Wouldn't be surprised, if so.

It seems like the club has lost a bit of morality, for the sake of extra £, in recent times.

Whilst managing to alienate even more of our fanbase in doing so …..

Do you really think that many care. There seems to be little anti about it outside FT and plenty seem happy to wear the shirt with it on.

If this lot want even a shred of good will back they will go with a real sponsor again. But I guess thats just not football nowadays. Even alcohol sponsors were better than this shite

Need to get back to our roots and have a local company sponsor us.

There’s a little club/bar in the Sam Sen Nai district of Bangkok called T-Ded 99. It’s the kind of place all the local cab drivers know, but could do with some exposure on the international level.

Probably couldn’t have it on the academy shirts, mind, but that’s nothing new. Dodgy as ****.

Thomas Cook?

Triumph?

Next?

Caterpillar?

Actually, getting Next to venture into sportswear and sponsor us could be a good move.

I would love it if even just the 3rd kit was sponsored by LOROS or something similar, all proceeds going directly to them. They can have their horrible crypto money laundering one on the home shirt.

You'd see that 3rd shirt sell out quickly.

A better solution would be to bin off the crypto sponsor and get a more acceptable front of shirt sponsor such as walkers or next and then have Loros, Lamp and Leicester hospitals as back of shirt sponsor one for each shirt and then for every shirt sold that particular charity gets a set donation. Reckon the club would sell an absolute ton of them, make some decent commercial revenue, get fans buying merch again, reconnect with the fanbase and make some decent charitable donations to local worthwhile projects.

however if the club were to do it guaranteed it would be a front of shirt sponsor like KBet and the ‘charity’ would be the VS foundation.
