Chance that’s one facet of the company gone pot but there’s another somewhere else still operating

It was apparent to me this was a reality how it might play out. The due diligence carried out is an utter shambles.

Am I right in saying the club wrote into minutes of a fan forum that due diligence had been completed on the company? Someone needs to ask them what specifics were completed as it’s apparent we saw the figures on a page and took it.

When you say ask, do you mean Foxestrust will put our a statement to us all highlighting their great concern? That's how we deal with anything isn't it?

Whelan with egg on her face on this one, very vocal backing this in the FCC.

She’s too embedded to the gambling (racing) industry herself on this. Complete blind spot

I mean whoever is likely to hold them accountable. Journalists (unlikely as the people responsible won’t speak) the trust and the fan engagement guys or whatever they are called.

Whatever the deal was, I presume KP can step in a match the terms if they need to.

Let's hope the club learn from this.

One hell of a club we are.

Whelan

“The ability to attract high-value partners upon our return to the Premier League is vital to our determination to re-establish Leicester City among the game’s elite, to continue to invest in a competitive squad and to ensure the best possible experience for our supporters.”

The Trust minutes from July 24 mentioned Whelan addressing the concerns with the trust saying she said “front-of-shirt partnerships were both in the Betting section. BC Game is a two-year deal, and the biggest in the Club’s
history. Extensive due diligence was undertaken to ensure suitability with the Club’s values and BC Games commitment and Community programmes”

Honestly take away the work of Nigel Pearson, Shakespeare and Walsh and the ripples effect from their work that come after - these owners have been no better than all the absolute shit you see at the likes of Blackburn, Derby, Coventry etc.

This - you have sat too long here for any good you have been doing . Depart, I say, and let us have done with you. In the name of god, go.

Well that's clearly bollocks.

Not sure how legit this source is to be honest. They are still active on their twitter account and nothing on any other news platform so far.
