Teams are going to have good runs when we have bad runs. Especially when we play the bigger teams.

There will be a point where we have more of a chance of getting results and the others will struggle. That’s when we need to switch on. The next two for example.

we were 6 points clear at this time in 22/23. It’s a relegation fight - no one goes on prolonged good runs.

Crystal Palace have managed draws with Chelsea (twice), Man City, Newcastle, Aston Villa & Man Utd.

Wolves have managed to beat Man Utd, draw with Tottenham, beat Fulham, draw with Brighton & Forest.

Everton have managed draws with Man City, Chelsea, Arsenal, Brentford, Fulham, Newcastle.

What have we managed? A draw to Tottenham and a win over Bournemouth?

None of the teams mentioned are having great seasons, that why they are near the bottom end of the table...

But let's not pretend that we've even tried to compete with the other relegation candidates.

Most of the teams that those mentioned have managed draws and wins against, have absolutely pumped us.

We're down.

If you're going to bend over for all the 'big teams' then you've got to be beating all of those around you....bar West Ham, we don't do that either.

Well it certainly wasn’t tactical nous or decision making that earnt Poops any of his points with us

but but but it was, it wasnt luck what so ever

we fully deserved to beat the likes of Bournemouth:ph34r:

Would be interesting to see how Ipswich got on without Davis and Delap...hopefully both get injured

Ipswich look like us when we first came up (Not this time obviously) as they are game and just are willing to give it a go, and critically, they work for each other.

This season only ends one way. Getting relegated at the City Ground.

Same day they secure European football in the Sunday Evening slot on Sky on a beautiful sunny day if we’re going to be specific

It also helps that they signed hungry Championship players in Delap and Greaves, whilst we had Cooper obsessing over PL experience.

We really need to sticky the declaration that managers don`t select the transfer targets, especially not those who are clearly emergency appointments!

Our players don't give a f**k let's be honest, there is no desire to work hard to secure our premier league status.

So you think it's a lack of desire rather than a lack of ability?

If they all had "Pashun" would we be sitting comfortably mid table?

Ipswich have a better team spirit than us.

It's our fault we're as shit as we are. They'll at least pick up a point here and it's something we're incapable of doing against anyone we're not expected to get something from

So you believe that Cooper had zero involvement with any of Reid, Ayew or Skipp?

Or if Enzo was still here, we’d have signed any of the three?

A combination of both, look at how passive we play.
