What is it? Because despite being desperate for experienced players even Cooper wasn't starting Ayew and Reid, especially together.

Looks like we actually created chances today with those two.

Not gonna lie I wasn't able to follow the game at all today due to circumstances out of my control, but from what I've seen in recent weeks, we're trying to build our opportunities but due to a lack of quality we lose the ball before we can execute it. Much as I like Winks it looks like we may have handed over possession less today as a result of him being on the bench.

I know we're desperate so depends what you define chances. Ayew put one decent cross in all match, Reid did the square root of **** all

Fair. We should at least be using all the tools available to us. Hard to justify not trying Mav (who is also frustrating) and Cundo sooner.

If he is willing to stay on next season, he will. Don’t see us sacking him.

I couldn’t think of anything worse.

Enzo’s appointment highlighted that you need a refresh after a relegation.

We never created anything apart from 1 half chance for Ndidi. Bobby and Ndidi had 2 shots from distant to pad the stats. Winks is useless, we need to bring Facundo back into the team if we want to create any chances.

When you consider that Facu was one of the only bright sparks early on in the season and looked like a game changer. It’s odd he has been alienated.

Facundo went off the boil during Coopers tenure and has been too much of a passenger when called on, not the only one admittedly.

I know we've had our disagreements on the Buonnotte thing. So I watched BdcR today for these famed 'stats' of BdcR that keep facu out the team

Between minute 1-39, he touched the ball once. ONCE. His second touch was on 39 mins when he got a toe to the ball to kick it out for a throw in..

How much more of a passenger can Facu be than a player who, simply, takes almost no part on the game?

Every day that passes that we don't announce Danny Rohl makes me wish Claude Puel would come back and rebuild us

If we aren’t going for Corberan in the summer and wasting 30m+ on Skipp and Ayew instead there’s no chance these clowns will go for Rohl.

Rohl won't even be on the radar. Let alone discussed. Less still appointed.

Squad being rubbish is just an excuse. You’ve got to work with what you’ve got. Cooper was getting more out of this squad.

Everton squad isn’t great, and they struggled for goals under Dyche, but Moyes has completely turned them around.

We hired an awful inexperienced manager when our aim was to just stay up.

I really like Ruud and speaks well, but I’m struggling to see what he’s brought to the table. Yes I agree the squad is cack, Yes I agree he didn’t get backed in January but his team selections, Substitutions and game tactics are baffling!!

If he keeps us up then he deserves a chance of a rebuild, summer transfer window and pre season…

Relegation, then I think we HAVE to cut ties.

We shouldn’t have sacked Cooper. I’ll admit I was wrong. Ruud maybe a better coach, but he can’t do **** all with this lot. As unpleasant as it was, Cooper was able to get results.

Ruud essentially is living the dream, he is being paid to fail, and will get a handsome reward when we go down.

Surely he will go at the end of the season. There’s not much point doing it before then.

Why?

Not digging you out in particular. But I find it fascinating, almost on an anthropological scale, why so many are keen to give him slack.

It's his looks.

I don't mean (necessarily) on a homo erotic basis. Bit it's remarkable how charisma, looks, vibes can get somebody so far ahead.

There is absolutely no way an ugly fcker like Cooper gets this much slack..

Edit; this applies to the players too. They'd clearly decided Cooper was a loser from the second he walked through the door.

Last 12 games compared to the first 12

20% More goals conceded

40% Less goals scored

25% less points

9 defeats from 10

Must of missed something

probably the fact that we barely deserved 50% of the points we got under Cooper, but had significantly more luck than RVN has.

like, genuinely, the points dropped under Ruud, where do you see points that Cooper would have got? name games.

Well he nearly got a point away at Arsenal so maybe at home to Arsenal?
