He can’t do the one job he is employed to do well, let alone taking on another role that he is not qualified to undertake.

It's pretty typical in workplaces in general that people who arent good at their role look to fill others as well. If someone thinks it's acceptable to do a surface level job then it's easier to cover a lot of surfaces whereas someone who is thorough is constantly analysing what they can improve on in their current role wouldnt even think of picking up extra work elsewhere.

She doesn't work for king power and hasn't for several years now.

She was one of the Executive Advisors/Directors.

Stepped down a while back or at least doesn’t appear on their website anymore

Don’t think she is particularly close to Top by all accounts

Quite a claim to make - feel like we'd know more about that if it was true.

If they aren't then at least we're closer to the end of this absolute charade.

A guy in the replies suggests it won’t be long before it gets out.. let’s wait and see!

Fingers crossed. If that's true I think even the mental gymnasts online would struggle. Though they often find a way.

Yes you’re right. It would be truly unforgivable if true.

there will of course still be some that blame Covid or Brendan Rodgers though.

There's nothing to overthink. We got relegated 11 weeks ago and have no manager. No matter what the reason is it's a disgrace and completely indefensible.

Let’s not confuse the name of his title with what he is actually employed to do.

His role is to act according to Top’s whims and wants, and Top must think he’s great at that.

Appointing a higher profile manager is more likely to be an indication of trying to sell but I guess you mean from a money point of view?

I don’t think he would take it personally.

Yes. If I want to sell the club I would stop investing and look at the minimal investment to keep it going until the sale.

So to me that's Kingy (poor guy) 1 coach and just keep it ticking along as cheap as possible. This is also true if you're selling due to lack of interest in the company. But it could be there isn't any cash flow so can't invest anymore, that would be another reason to sell and look for cheap options.

If you wanted out, why would you invest time into it is my theory.

No manager, no sponsor, no kit, no coaches…  we've got Andy King in some job for the boys role and we've locked down contracts for academy players, fantastic, the season’s about to kick off in just over a month. We've been relegated since April the 20th... but who needs to put things in place to set us up for successful season... not us.....who cares about that... nah!

Seems like a catastrophic lack of planning in place on all aspects

Cannot wait for someone to take the club off Tops hands. It’s been nothing but a decline since he took the helm.

Hes had several chances to get Rudkin some help or replace him.

The FA Cup win papered over serious cracks.

Vichai will be turning in his grave, what a mess.

It’s looking increasingly like the board literally had May and June off and did absolutely nothing for the club.

Needs to be more protests at the start of the season regardless of any appointments.

the sooner King Power/Top sell up the better

weaked minded, being conned by agents

so many bad decisions over and over and not one bit of accountability, even in terms of people he employs, who get away with it over and over again

ill be forever thankful for what his family(mainly his dad) did for this club, but its time for them to go
