Hearing Whelan is stepping aside from the club?

That was mentioned by a daily mail reporter a few weeks ago, it was suggested she would go back and focus solely on King Power itself

,if we don't go up in the next few seasons and the parachute  money  runs out then things are gonna get pretty dire.

I guess you missed the bit where we have already borrowed that money from the OZ bank.

It won't even be paid into our bank.

Although I don't agree with name calling because he doesn't agree with your way of doing things, do you really think that KP care WHY you are paying hem thousands of pounds a year to show up? Do you really think that they care that you are audibly disgruntled with them as long as you keep paying them?

You asked why you should stop doing what you're doing. What you are doing is what is keeping them here.

2 PSR breaches and 2 relegations in 3 years isn't enough to make them care, why would some sweary words from the people who are lining their pockets?

Them sitting in an empty stadium every other week while thousands stand outside the stadium calling them sweary words.... thats more likely to get their attention.

While I hear you, I disagree. They’ll just take further loans out. They’ve already proven that’s their answer to wasted/lack of money.

You say do I think they care, well Top already shown how disgruntled he was about the fans reaction towards him the first time we got relegated. It kills his ego and his pride.

More to the point I go to support the lads not KP. Maybe it’s a personality trait but I would rather let them know my feelings than simply sit at home.

Genuine question though, if fans stopped attending and the money stopped coming in and it led to a similar situation to Sheff Wed, would you rather that on the basis of KP out?

You won't find many dissenting voices on here. The majority of posters feel the same.

But FT isn't representative of the wider fanbase. Head on over to the comments section on any social media post and that'll give you an idea of how the average match going fan feels.

Most of them are very much part of the "be careful what you wish for" perspective FC lot.

tbf that seems to be a fan of a certain age too from what ive seen

The mental thing is despite relegation, this should actually be a really exciting time to support the club. It seems there are a couple of ridiculous talents (Evans/Monga) and then another bunch (almost enough to put out a full teams) of at the least, very exciting with definite PL potential. Never had anything like that.

Yet, because of the utter morons in charge, all there is it complete doom and gloom.

Make our voices heard in the next friendly.

I'd imagine that preseason has been arranged very purposely to prevent exactly this. Notice how there's still nothing announced for the last weekend of July.

They are trying to get a last minute monsoon game in Asia against the HongKong Pirates

What you mean old?

I don't think you will find it's a physical age thing. More like how long they've been match going. Enough on here going in the 70's and 80's and some from the 60's don't support Top and never give it the we was div 1 not long ago. We seen the Shipman off we seen pleat off we lived through the administration.

Yes it might be a lot of old and older fans spouting this bollox and supporting Top. But I'm guessing most appeared around the time of the take over. Seeing the spending Vichai was doing.

They were definitely not at Oldham in the snow watching youngy score a hat tick to knock us out the cup. Then a week later jock Wallace bought him.

It's not te age of the fans it's how long they've been match going fans.
