In 5 months we may not be able to sign anyone… this is how you get ahead of the que. 

 

We do a lot of bad business but this simply isn’t that. Clubs pay around 5m for a loan fee at the top level

The difference is that we've taken players off of Premier League clubs that they wanted to get rid of.  I don't think Southampton would want to let KWP go.

I’d rather we signed someone young from the championship or abroad and got relegated as it would at least show signed of looking ahead rather than sign another Southampton shithouse looking for a payday…. There I’ve said that

Didn’t Bertrand come here on a big wage with an injury then had his surgery paid for and injury fixed whilst contributing the square root of fcuk all on the pitch.
