It's nice to have elite facilities such as the training ground, but if you don't have elite staff in place, from the board room down to the coaching staff then it's all just a vanity project that fails to bear fruit. Thing is, none of us can be certain of what goes on, but the lack of communication and actual changes in personnel speaks volumes of how shit we are run from top to bottom, without accountability or purpose. Very sad our club has fallen this far
