I agree, this forum is ridiculous for OTT reactions and I tey to avoid them where possible. But I've not seen a first half like that in a while. It was the nature of the goals more than anything, you don't see goals like that at this level. And I did say worst half I've seen in a while, not worst half I've ever seen

Like I say it wasn't directed at you per se, just the hyperbole on this place (Which you've noted) and every week it claimed unanimously "it's the worst we've ever seen" which despite being unbelievable shit I find quite impossible week on week

We genuinely need to release Faes from his contract to make a point.

Don't pay the c*nt off. Make him hire lawyers and drag it out for years.

Haven't watched the second half and I'm glad I didn't it was putting me in a bad mood! Ur not ruining my weekend leicester!! I agree the we are badly ran at the moment  but I'm sorry ruud isn't a premier league manager let's get rid and get someone with a decent track record that if they don't keep us up then are here into next season!

Leicester can make a gloomy winter seem a lot worse

Claude Puel has 'a good feeling' he will stay with Leicester City | Football News | Sky Sports

I was lowkey joking, but I would 100% take him right now. Boring football, but has a proven eye for a player.
Could do much worse.

Okoli and Coulibaly unbelievably are not an improvement on what we already have … we must have bought the only 2 players worse than our current back 4

So the media reports aren’t reliable as doesn’t suit your agenda?

Name another club that picks up Reid and Ayew in the summer?

No way another PL club touches one let alone both.

Well firstly Fulham offered him a contract so year they would touch him. Secondly, if we weren’t so limited with what we can do financially it’s unlikely we’d have picked up either of them.

And get them to play in the same style which isn’t working.

I gather that was a joke my friend.

There is no situation ever that I would want that to happen to us.

And breathe..........

Yeah I was joking lol

Yes, but we aren’t currently on the level of those two clubs. So we need to accept that.

That’s true, but fairly irrelevant

Seriously, if you think BDCR and Ayew were good signings either now or for the future then I don’t know where to go

Bit harsh, especially on coulibaly he's hardly played...

Us being out of the relegation zone just goes to show how avoidable relegation would have been had we had relatively competent people running the club.

Exactly this

Don't upset baby Top though, the poor billionaire man child will do a cry and our pleb fans will be a wickle bit annoyed.

Yup....we wouldn't have been that good with Rodgers without the players we got under Puel....when Rodgers started to have a say in them that was the start of our decline

Come on now, we went down the PL experience route as Cooper seemed to be obsessed with.

I said it then and will say it now, should have raided the Championship if wanted players without a fear of taking to English football by were too snobby for that.

Also, Fulham clearly didn’t offer anywhere close from a financial perspective so don’t think you can compare…Reid who can’t run will be here in 2027.

Fulham offered BDR a new contract, so they wanted to keep him. I was pleased we got him for free.
I wasn’t over the moon when we signed Ayew, but could see the logic to help us this season for a low fee.
It’s great to talk about players with the beauty of hindsight, isn’t it.

We needed bodies whether you like it or not. Good championship players cost a lot of money, money we didn’t have that much of.

They said nobody would touch them, they offered a contact. End of story, the point wasn’t amounts so it’s got nothing to do with it.

We have to stop this narrative that Puel signed all of those players. It’s not how football works now.

Was he flapping his arms by any chance?

Takes alot out of your flapping those arms you know.

Nope. He literally gave up, walked and watched them score.
