I've voted yes for now, but this will be dependant on the board and their actions (if any).

I'm not fussed what league we are in but something has to change, I refuse to accept being a yo-yo club who is forever chasing their PSR tail.

This, and there is no good reason to be chasing our PSR tail if the club has a sustainable structure, strategy and plan. All of this really revolves around having a competent Director of Football which we don’t have.

We shouldn’t really be sailing close to the PSR sail when we don’t really have any good players

Fully agree, unfortunately it may take the next 2-3 seasons to drain the swamp and see off the Vestergaard, Ayew, BDCR etc remaining contracts but if the fans can clearly see a strategy / plan for the next five years then it gives us hope.

The fact that all 3 of them were given contracts in the summer and we're already talking about waiting 2-3 seasons in order to drain the swamp speaks volumes about the sort of strategy and plan the club are currently working with.

If we get relegated with a whimper but without any repercussions for the board, they can shove their season ticket. Had the same seats for 15 years but I will not send them another penny if they keep treating the fans with such contempt.

Maybe, but I'm finding it hard to justify going to every game.

I had to skip Arsenal due to work, and I had a great day in my new career, then went to the indie cinema I'm a member of and won a blu ray in their raffle...

Or I could watch us lose 2-0 to Arsenal, struggling to lay a glove in the process, from my seat in SK1 where I've got 10 rows of spectators separating me from the people who want to sing for 90 minutes.

Had an ST since the Blackburn play off defeat.

REALLY  thinking about football  in general and if I can be arsed anymore.

Currently it's just the social aspect of ot keeping me going rather than any love for KP

Absolutely. It's changed beyond belief since those days, I know I have too, but it's not the same for me now sadly.

A lot of it is not so much the results, but sitting in a silent stadium in my 42nd year of support, and still being the one trying to generate some atmosphere.

I have voted undecided, not because of the standard of football, but because kick off times, and days ,are making it impossible to travel in from the county using public transport. Driving in is getting more difficult due to dazzling led headlights on country roads and lack of affordable parking. How I look back in pleasure to the days of travelling in by coach over fifty years ago when we played every other Saturday at 3 pm , and on occasional Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and later years when street parking was easily available near to the ground. If the club want us to keep coming they really need to invest in helping us to get to the stadium and back. If we are in the Championship again next season I think a lot of us may stay home and watch it on SKY due to the fixture list that doesn't give a toss about the lives of normal people who have jobs and other responsibilities. If there is an occasional Saturday 3 pm kick off I can't see a problem getting tickets as they seem to be on general sale in the Premier league this season. At least season tickets will be available to all that want one I suppose.

Started going again with our young boy, any idea how many home points you need to be in with a chance of getting a ST? he will have about 15 points after 1 season

According to the club at the start of this season it was 55 points required

Following a 98 per cent renewal rate among 2023/24 Season Ticket Holders, this summer saw 5,337 Fox Members apply for any Season Tickets that would become available after the renewal period closed. Based on the volume of applications and number of available Season Tickets, the qualification threshold was set at a minimum of 55 Home Priority Points, with 500 applicant Fox Members given the opportunity to become Season Ticket Holders for 2024/25.

Yeah the fixture list be even worst next season. Plenty of Saturdays 1230s, Monday nights and then the real shitter of Thursdays with a knock on into Sunday weekend fixture

Should we go down, added to the current disdain of many supporters I think the threshold will be lower next season. The season in the championship was 35 iirc.

I will be renewing just like I am continuing to go to all the games now. Am I enjoying it? Absolutely not. I'm going out of habit. I'm just there physically, but I'm not there mentally.

Why are you renewing?

Force of habit. I don't feel like I could just walk away from it. Also, there's a group of people that I go to Leicester with that I otherwise wouldn't see.

Undecided at the moment, disillusioned with how the club is being ran. Held one for 30 years. Felt the same a couple of seasons ago, put up with the championship ( didn't really enjoy it), and now here we are again (barring a miracle)! Although it'll be hard to get it back, and you get to know the people around you so it's more of a social thing (pre-match pint etc) than just football .

100% renewing, my 12 year old has had a season ticket for two seasons now my younger lad is close to finally getting his.

They love going, even though it’s shit at the moment.

Be loads of match tickets available for every game. You can rid yourself of this addiction.

Amazing how many people acknowledge they just go out of habit and don't enjoy it but are renewing anyway.

No wonder it's a morgue

Tempted to ditch my season ticket and get a membership, but what's putting me off is the fact I'd go pretty much to the bottom of the priority order within members (despite being a ST holder for 10 years). Also, if I went to roughly 10 matches next season, plus the membership cost) it would work out more than I pay now for a ST.

This is quite an insightful thread. If there is even a line, it is a very fine one between 'you only sing when you're winning' and 'glory hunter' and 'well I don't like we lose a lot and I don't like the board so I am not renewing my season ticket'. Am I missing something or am I being harsh?

I think for those not renewing, it is more about enjoyment/pride/feeling represented by the club, rather than results which is what you allude to.

I think it is insightful in another way. No matter how bad it is, widely discussed on here, people will (mostly) still not get rid of their season tickets/memberships. I think (and this is guesswork) that one of the reasons is that people are scared of not being able to get their tickets back etc if there is a change (which is fair enough), but explains how the club can proceed as if nothing is wrong.
