As I say, what you get back isn't interesting, and doesn't contain details of bans, which makes me think that they're discussing the bans offline only to avoid having to provide exactly this.

Good luck, but challenging these bans has really ground down many before you, the club simply don't give a ****, an attitude spearheaded by Paul Cook and previously Anthony Mundy before he thankfully left.

It’s the lack of a response or anything relating to the reasons for the ban that would be most beneficial, anyway we’ll see.

This regime is full on disintegration isn’t it. That treatment of fans is straight out of a pseudo fascist playbook. Showing all the signs of an authoritarian movement characterised by a dictatorial thin skinned leader with a closed centralised autocracy, using its agents to suppress criticism and dissent.

I genuinely hate the club I’ve supported for more than 50 years.

Sure but we were in League One once.

Doubt SAR will get you much to be honest. These banning order decisions are probably in consultation with the club legal team and as such most interesting info likely considered 'privileged' and so can be withheld from any such requests.

Probably the only real way through it is a legal challenge, but that probably costly and you may lose. So unless you got money to burn, or a large number get together in a class action, you're probably fooked on that front.

Not sure if there is an ombudsman or such like for football banning orders, if not there should be so clubs don't get away with doing whatever they feel like.  In a fair world there would be a way to challenge it, that was done by an independent body, and without financial duress to the recipient.

There is one yeah. Not sure how many of the banned from the original post went through to them, I did when they stuck one on me a while back.
Sadly the ombudsman felt as much as a stitch up at times as the clubs ban.

The T&C likely state they don't have to justify it. Which makes it all the more unfair, as like some have said, the justification for a ban maybe weak or completely erroneous, or even discriminatory.

Obviously this relates to club bans, which is different to fbo which is upheld in the courts and a different kettle of fish.

Leicestershire Police get paid for every FBO they successfully land, going some of the way to cover Dave "Stephens"' salary. Most of the bans that LCFC hand out as a private entity, Paul Cook will then push to try and get the Police to take them on as full blown FBOs (the 7 at Selhurst included in this). The majority of them the police don't want to know about, which tells you everything you need to know about their validity.

Glad I did not reply to the anything we can do to help email. After missing Arsenal and Man Utd.

As I'm sure a direct reply of taking money under false pretences as its not football and it's definitely not a match would not be well received.

I'm half expecting King Power to pull this sort of stunt

I think that's ultimately what is going on.

Typical of our club these days, I've searched the website and can't find where you can apply for a ban anywhere! Perhaps you can only do it digitally and I've got a card still unfortunately 😔
