A rebuild implies a fresh start. Are you actually suggesting we hand responsibility for managing that to somebody who has just stunk the place out at Everton?

He's got the experience and know how we are hardly an attractive position at the minute he would at least get us playing as a team and clear out the rubbish, he also has a backroom team

Waste of time tbh - bigger issues to sort within the club.

i wouldn’t want this lot in charge doing any more decision making on the footballing side.

If he’s the best we can do  we are well and truly screwed lol

We will be fishing in a very different pond than we are used to , we have to accept that.

Doubt this would even happen till the summer.

We need someone to drag us to the end of the season.

God only knows who.

For anyone thinking Dyche is the answer, compare Everton now, to them in the first half of the season.

I know Moyes is a decent manager, but it's absolutely night and day what he's been doing with the same squad of players who were comparable to ours not so long ago. It's a damning condemnation on Dyche's ability as a manager.

No-one decent will come here after the last two seasons. They'd have been here already if they were interested. They all.know the situation with finances and broken promises and everyone knows we're getting torn a new one by the EFL.

Even Steve Bruce would say no to this shambles.

With the position the team is at during this present moment I find it astonishing that a majority of supporters wouldn’t be giving Dyche the red carpet treatment to the dugout!

I'd love us to bring in Rydstrom for Malmo, he has a real way of doing things and of building a team but after being interviewed by Brighton I wonder if he wants something bigger

🤣🤣😅 why would he come here ?!

Are you saying RVN has gone as Bentleys Roof believe he has on their forum.

The ceiling is much higher here and he will probably want a new challenge after winning the league a few times in a row in Malmo.

Our track record suggests they won't have even heard of him. I don't think we look to far and wide, because that would require effort which we just can't be bothered to do.

Expect a "name" or Russel Martin.

Exactly! The fans can suggest who they like, firstly this board won’t get them and if they did they wouldn’t want to work under Rudkin or would be severely hampered by him
