Every game is getting worse. Time for Ruud to walk away

He can walk or be sacked at the season end, but no point in making a panicked managerial appointment now.

We're going  down and need to get the next managerial appointment 100% right this time.

Sack Ruud now and give it Kingy till end of season, then reassess.

He isn't the saviour but we need to try something different. Keep saying try him and vardy up front. We need something different but to only give him 6 mins when you're chasing a game is ridiculous

That’s the RVN way !!

He should promote Monga & Evans to the first team these lads would find the back of the net and have more passion than the bunch Stubborn Cnut Ruud puts out week in week out !

They paid and went to the game, when you do the same you have the right to call them out.

Should mention I could have have quoted loads here, just picked theee at random so don’t take it too personally, especially if you do actually attend games.

Fair play, left at half time, had words with someone who called me out for leaving after 36 minutes against Brentford. Don’t agree with him, don’t agree with those who clapped today but they paid their money, put in the miles, they’re entitled to do what they want.

I'm entitled to my opinion on those who clapped and will continue to do so.

On a negative note, it's highly likely that we'll lose all 6 of the next 6 matches, meaning that by April 20, our fate will be sealed.

It'll put us out of our misery - It would be great to at least have a bit of light heartedness in the last few games

This season reminds me of my first 1977 / 78 which was absolutely horrendous like this one - Look up the numbers if anyone's interested - horrific

Losing is one thing. The gulf in class and lack of quality at this level is understandable given the awful investment in the team.

BUT the lack of fight and visible effort is not acceptable. Just jogging about the trying to get to the end of the 90 mins without doing anything spectacular is so puzzling to me.

I was already considering not going to the man u match because Sunday at 7 is a stupid time and would mean I wouldn't get home until past midnight, definitely not going now. What's the point to watch us put in a half hearted performance

Bring I a caretaker on a temporary contract until the end of the season, we need to try something let's at least go down with a fight rather than a whimper

Find it mad that some fans are still clapping this absolute muck. I get that many don't agree with booing etc, but don't clap, just walk out. People are paying hard earned money to watch these over paid tossers just give up and then applaud them for it. It's crazy!

Potter must’ve been thinking I’m glad I swerved this shit show

More worrying so will literally any other manager looking at us right now. Look at how the quality of managers that Southampton for example could attract nosedived when they fell off, it'll be similar for us.

Couple of years and we'll be back on the EFL manager carousel with everyone else.

Couldn't see too clearly from where I was, but it looked like Vestergaard completely blanked RVN when he came off. Anyone else see this? I wonder whether the team are not having the manager.

I'm completely past the point of anger now tbh. No matter how bad it gets King Power and Rudkin will eventually leave and there will still be a club afterwards. Someone will emerge and give us pride in the club again regardless of the league we're in at the time.

I do feel sorry for him in a way, the squad he inherited is dreadful, we've lied to yet another manager about funds being available......But his stubbornness to stick with the same formation, same game plan, switching defenders in the 80th minute of games that we aren't winning, he has brought a lot on himself. At least if he was giving the likes of Monga and Evans a chance, we could at least say we tried to rectify the situation and one of them may just prove to be crucial.

Watching us is like having a Tesco Meal deal and buying a bottle of water, ham no mayo or mustard and ready salted crisps.

I agree with this.

I don't think we should appoint our manager for next season now unless there's an obvious candidate, which feels very unlikely. I think you just let Andy King and Brian Barry Murphy run the last few games and try and instill some pride so we go into next season with a bit of a mentality shift as we will be stuck with 70% of this lot playing in the championship again.

Still in shock after last night. Is it an exaggeration to say this is the worst it's ever been this century?

I remember following Taylor we had players who were just going through the motions, and we got Basset and Adams.

It just looks like we have a team of players and a manager that doesn't want to be here.
