I really don't think it'll be that easy. 

 

Obviously a lot of variables between now and next season, but without drastic changes pretty much any side in the top half of the nPower would beat this lot currently. We're that bad.

I’m worried even if that’s not the case. We would need someone with the personality of Enzo, he was the reason we didn’t **** it up last season because he knew exactly what he wanted and wouldn’t deviate from it. 
 

If we get this wrong, I genuinely think we’re in danger of double relegation. The clubs an utter mess and is just making more and more poor decisions, along with the form, and the fact Top is terrified of FFP, we will hamstring ourselves if we’re not careful.

Watched alot of championship this season, its absolutely diabolical. Can't see a double relegation

It's not just Teflon Jon, but the other board members that are contributing to this fiasco that need sacking along with him

 

But start by canning him, then appoint a DOF who will look to pick up an up coming manager with a few seasons at least experience (no idea personally on names thete people) but no one with Pep/ Enzo tippy tappy 1 billion passes from the back type of football philosophy... its really crap to watch,  teams are now sussing it out, and most importantly it won't work with the team we can realistically put out on the field.

Fully expecting Russell Martin to be our next manager, I quite liked him as a player, he was a bit of a rogue and was a hard hitter, so watching this to get his side. God I hope he has changed his ways if he ends up here though, his football was a snooze-fest.

You said it yourself if he were to get us up, it wont work.

Sadly I feel its inevitable we are paired with him next season, he is ideal for the type of football Top wants.

So did Vesty and Bertrand. 
We seem obsessed with a side we battered 9 nil a few years ago and last season we beat 9-1 over 2 games and now rumoured to want that manager who was in charge. 
I don’t understand the obsession we seem to have with them.
