It’s a premium luxury facility for elite sportsmen not a holiday camp for journeyman pro’s on a cash grab. They obviously make no use of the analysis and review / video technologies available to them. Send them to Belvoir Drive and give the ladies 2 months at Seagrave and tell the men to earn it back.

It’s not as if the top clubs in Europe deliberately go and train in Guantanamo Bay to make them better. African sides aren’t winning every World Cup because they’ve got the worst training facilities.

I think people like it because they see it as raising our status.

My hope is the improvement is coming. Not with the current team but with the youth coming through. If we can keep them that is.

We could have been elite... our youngsters being developed....

Now so many other teams opening up new training centres (even Ipswich!!) 

We even gonna be in the lower end of the league of best training facilities soon 😫😫

To be fair, this is the only positive I can think of with the whole club at the moment - the fact we have 4 or 5 of the best youngsters  in the country and you could argue Seagrave has played a part in that.

It's not Seagrave itself that's the issue. It's probably the standards, discipline and lack of respect being set by successive Managers and staff. Appoint a proper Manager like O'Neill or Pearson  and this so-called "problem" would go away overnight.
