Sack Ruud

Brian Barry-Murphy / Leon McSweeney until the end of the season

Have someone lined up to take over 1st June

I wouldn't want to put this kind of team on King so early in to his coaching career

Exactly this.

We cannot be seen to be tolerating this performance. The damage in pride is far more important than the money it will cost to get rid.

Don't kill a managers career before its even started. Leave this to caretakers. Get Van Nistelrooy the **** away from here.

Get rid of virtually everyone at board level. Get rid of 90% of the players.

Deport the owner.

From the outside this seems like an organization that allows for under performance.

There doesn't seem to be any consequence or accountability. Every failing seems to be met with apathy.

That shouldn't be visible from the outside. That shouldn't be a thing but even if it is there should be some semblance of it presented.

If it were up to me I'd be conducting a review of failings.

I'd employ an outside entity on a one off consultants contract and get recommendations. I'd then implement their recommendations. It would be a pure focus on Organisational Management.

I'd hold all staff accountable for their roles and have a universal standard applied. Ignore things like League position and focus on actual accountability.

The issue runs deeper than playing staff. It's a cultural issue about the club that needs non footballing attention.

This supposedly happened in the summer of 2022 and the recommendation was for an overhaul at board level before things got out of hand.

Aiyawatt did nothing.

Didn't get the right advice then.

Implement

Review

Assess

Sustain

Not rocket science in a big business.

If I was Top I'd resign

If I was Top I’d sack the whole board and start again get a decent DOF in who actually knows what they are doing, a board of local businessmen/women who know how to run successful wel run businesses and find funds to rebuild the team an infrastructure of the club from his local royal family and business contacts turn us into a proper competitive club competing for a top table in the EPL !!

Sounds about right Time for Aiyawatt Top Shrivanhannapraba to step down if he doesn’t have the balls or skill set to run a successful football team, just wondering would his brother be any better would it be best to sell it to a billionaire who wants to bring back the storybook success again compete with the big boys and upset the buggers again ??

I’ve got the feeling Top runs Leicester City Football Club like we run our local 6 a side team.

If you have a bit of a wobble and it all goes to shit, you’ve only lost your £3 subs. You then forget about it until next week.

£30m is pocket change to the bloke.

PSR stops that happening unfortunately.

The non movement on the expansion has stunted our commercial growth by years.

We’ve stood still as others have passed us by.

Unfortunately we need to unearth about six or seven rough diamonds that are dirt cheap and we can sell for mega money.

Looking at our recent history, I wouldn’t trust us to buy the weekly shop.

Sack Ruud or place him on garden leave with immediate effect, appoint Barry-Murphy, McSweeney to see it through to the end of the season, assisted by Kingy with the focus on promoting our promising academy players for the remaining games and building some positivity ahead of the new season.

I would also tell Rudkin, Whelan and Glover  that they depart their roles on 30th June. And remove them from the process for recruiting any new manager.

I would approach Pearson and Walsh to return as advisors/consultants to assist with rebuilding the football side from a recruitment, analysis and sports science perspective, whilst also using there skill and expertise to help with the recruitment of a new manager and DoF.

As for Whelan’s replacement I would identify the top ten EFL performing clubs from a commercial perspective and look to recruit from that pool of experienced and talented football administrators.

This is a culture and operations issue fundamentally, I agree.

Enzo (indirectly, through Ballagué) said the same - that a club with elite aspirations has to have an elite mindset throughout the offices AND the training ground.

I feel like this was the major contribution of Nigel Pearson, and it's why I'm only half joking when I say we should make Bielsa the manager, DoF and head of recruitment and just hand the whole organisation to him.

More importantly is WTF is our club doing? We hear nothing but radio silence. What’s the plan now mr Rudkin?

Drive the team bus of a cliff and claim on the insurance.......

An extreme way of getting rid of some of the deadwood but one idea I can get on board with.

We won't hear anything at all from the club until relegation is mathematically confirmed.

I’d sack him now, and have one of the coaches as interim manager.  No one can keep us up so there’s no point spending serious money now, but RVN is making the players worse with every passing day.  And the fans are giving less of a shit with every passing day. At this rate, by the end of the season, we’ll have broken all the records for crapness, and the fans will barely be aware the season has ended because we’ll have completely checked out.

If we thought the last game of the season under Puel's tenure in 2018 re the home defeat to West Ham was bad then I dread to think how many empty seats there will be at the end of this season for the final home game v Ipswich - at the start of the game, let alone it's end! On paper you'd have preyed we had them and Saints at home as the final two home games of the season but now we may as well have had Liverpool and Arsenal!!

Posted

I can't think off one player that has improved since RVN came onboard, in fact they're all worse technically and motivationaly, WTF does RVN instruct during Training, WTF do they do between matches, and WTF did they do during the international break, get him gone, whatever it takes, he is now making those who will stay worse, what a state we are in as a club.

It all depends on the finances, if it costs more to get rid then theres really no point as whoever takes over likely wont get the gig in the summer.

I dont think anyone else should get this blackmark on their cv whether thats as a caretaker or not.
