Why? As soon as I heard the song I thought he'd be a contender. Maybe people actually voted for vocal talent in the rest of Europe rather than who wore the least clothes.

 

Not my favourite song by the way, but clearly has musical talent, which can't be said for the likes of Spain.

Edit: I find his falsetto voice highly grating. Yeah he obviously has a voice, but his operatic enunciation is non-existant.

I tend to agree, but the talent is there...unlike most of the Eastern blockers and the absolute shit Spain serve up every year
