All reports I've seen are that he's critical but alive.

 

It's a crazy world we live in, insane to think people will kill because they hold a differing opinion to their own.

I've seen a video from quite far away and with the way his head snaps back it looks like he was shot in the head.

 

It's been reported as him being shot in the neck and being in critical condition but it looks absolutely awful. Surely he's not survived it?

 

We think we've got problems over here but at least we don't have deranged lunatics walking around with rifles. How can any American feel safe or free? Truly horrible situation they have over there.

There's a much closer clip that shows it definitely in his neck.  It's gross and he's confirmed to have died.

It’s his neck, unfortunately I stumbled across a video that’s clear as day and closer than you could imagine.
