Bondi been fired then. Wonder who will be next

She frustrated Trump around her handling of the Epstein files and not prosecuting those who didn't fully support him.

Maybe she was being honest and genuine?

In which case I imagine that she was made an example of.

She couldn’t have tried harder to keep try and keep his name out of it so she must really have messed up somewhere .

Likely the failure to prosecute his political opponents.

Yeah probably . Maybe it was a step too far for even her. I imagine the new person in will try to kiss trumps arse a bit more for a few weeks until they realise they can’t do anything trump wants either because it’s all illegal

Honesty is not his strongpoint but he demands loyalty in those around him despite his lies and if you you cross him in any way, you're gone.

Do these losers ever have a day off from moaning about pointless, asinine crap like this?? I suppose the one upside is that it might put off a few royalists from voting for them.

It's getting to tap into the idiot American fundiefascist market.

Organised religion has (thankfully) very little direct part to play in political policymaking in the UK and people like Tice know it, they're just working the grift.

Thankfully, it appears that more people are seeing through it now, seeing as their own "God" (read Moloch) figure is being so obviously, insanely off the chain that it's become almost impossible not to notice.

The point he’s making is that the king is NOT issuing an Easter message this year.  I’ve no idea if this is news as I don’t look out for them ….

there is a grown up discussion upcoming here because William has already indicated a fairly relaxed attitude to his faith.   Can he therefore be considered ‘defender of the faith’ when he becomes king ??

Hopefully not, I think we’re at a point where we can push back against religious interference in our politics though I get that is more difficult in minority communities. Pushing hard on CofE is surely not the way forward.

As there's no Easter statement, which QE2 didn't make either, a few people are causing ripples on SM, after Charles made Eid and other statements.

Just recently, William made a statement affirming his Christian beliefs, he's just quieter about them. So, yes, he can be considered 'defender of the faith' when he succeeds.

I appreciate Reform voters aren’t renowned for their intelligence, but is he attempting to imply the head of the CoE is a Muslim?

It’s just dog whistle “the state has been taken over by Islam, vote for us and your worst nightmares will be averted.” Of course if we’re comparing Ramadan/Eid to any Christian festival then it’s clearly Christmas not Easter.

He's implying that he and others have at least been co-opted by Muslims, I think.

And the problem with the internet in a democracy is that such batshit tinfoil hat bollocks only needs to spread so far for it to have a lasting effect on everyone. So many examples of that about right now.

Trump today quoted as saying that the US, "hasn't even started destroying what's left in Iran."

No kidding, Don. I'm sure Kuwait knows that now.

Again, the whole justification at the start of this was liberating the Iranian people from the IRGC. They’ll somehow end up radicalising them further then complain about anti American sentiments. Absolute brain dead idiots.

I thought their god was Mammon?

Besides, only 46% of people in UK identity as Christian now, with the vast majority not being practising (ie, regularly attending church).

... it's almost as if the whole spiel about "liberation of the Iranian people" was a lie from the start.

How about that.

Liberation of the Iranian oil.

Because we don't need renewables and the USA isn't running out of oil.

If and when they ever get around to restructuring the House of Lords need to change the name) properly then any Bishops in there should only be there on merit, by being voted in if that is how it's assembled.

Personally I'd like to see a mixed of all the trades, legitimate societies etc.

Like most Trump policy decisions, the absurdity would be humorous if it wasn't for the appalling toll of death and suffering of people who apparently "don't matter".
