Worst performance you've seen live from a Leicester player

Fullbacks have certainly been a notorious position both recently a d in years gone by. I can't pick which of Luke Thomas' performances away at Forest was the worst - at a time we needed the local lads to step up to the occasion he absolutely wilted. Twice.

 

A fair few Justin performances to nominate last season too - thought he was particularly appalling when a terrible Man Utd team came to us and turned us over with ease.

 

The worst I've ever seen for us though was Ryan McGivern, an absolute dud for us in an otherwise successful season under Pearson in 09-10. I remember him being particularly awful at home to Bristol City, when we were soundly beaten 3-1. Lad was a competition winner, got loans on the sole basis of being a Man City academy product, and now plies his trade in the NI Premier, which is about his level.

 

Makes you realise just how astonishingly lucky we were to have Fuchs and Simpson in that form in that season. Ricky P is the only one to come close to those levels since.

Only a pre season game but Daka was a car crash against Northampton a few years ago. Sitter after sitter. Shot almost went over the stand from the penalty spot. I knew he was shit beforehand but that closed the coffin lid for me. Phil

Hard to overlook Ward standing completely to one side of the goal on multiple occasions. 

 

But then Patson Daka is absolutely woeful most games. 

 

I've watched City for 35 years and I still think those two are the worst players who've played for us. 

 

With ward I actually think he could've been okay but wilted under the pressure of being number 1. Daka is just terrible.

Carl Cort v Wolves in 2007, I think he blocked three goalbound shots like he was still playing for them. 

 

Not a full fixture but v Hinckley in 2008, Lathaniel Rowe-Turner might be the worst professional footballer I've ever seen.

Some great cases have been made so far, but what about the several clown show candidates from Everton away last season? Not even engaging or moving to the ball, just horrendous, and conceded after about 5 seconds. And the manner of some of the other goals conceded as well…

Simon Royce vs Palace 2000, one of the most shocking disjointed displays in goal I've ever seen. He made Ward on that day look like prime David Seaman. How we only lost 3 nil beggers belife..

Daka also last season, can't remember the game but it was a night fixture and he just kept running out of play with the ball.

The one I was about to say! He was 19 at the time but had less mobility and pace than Chris Powell, who was old enough to be his dad.

Quite a few, Elvis Hammond a few times, Bednar at Millwall and Hull but the worst was Junior Lewis up at Blackpool in the league cup.
 

Must be 2001/2 he was so bad a fan ran on the pitch, took his top off and asked him to swap shirts.
