Definitely not the worst of all time but – personally, live – I remember being astonished at how bad Roman Bednar looked on his debut against Forest.

More recently, Luke Thomas when we lost to Blackburn in the FA Cup in 2023 when Rodgers was trying to get sacked. Looked like a lost toddler got onto the pitch.

Controversial one but Vardy away at Bristol City when we lost 0-1 on Good Friday a couple of seasons ago.

 

He missed three absolute sitters and was clearly still pissed from the night before.

 

But I forgave him.

Lad next to me that day said "next one, he never misses 3" after the second missed sitter......we know how that turned out.  Terrible all round that day.  The whole team got a "what the f**cking hell was that " at the end if i recall.

I've not seen a player relative to the ability of others on the pitch worse than ward.

 

We have had shit players, playing with other shit players, he is truly horrific. Worse than Rab Douglas, worse than Brian Carey, worse than Elvis Hammond even worse than kalac.

 

At least the others looked only as shit as the others around them.
