I think the issue is, a lot of the staff have been at the club for years. We are talking 15-20 years a lot of the senior staff. Is there a culture embedded within the club that isn’t right. I’m sure there is. Almost like a complacency, almost like an arrogance. Almost like the fans are made to feel second class citizens.. we are the puppets to their show. I dunno.. just feels that way. The culture throughout the club from the top through to the players just seems rotten

This guy certainly hasn’t done himself any favours - comms has been shocking for years really

It’s clear as day that everything is stale, and has been for a while.

I’d imagine there are going to be a lot of redundancies at the club. A shame for the front line staff. People like this idiot who add nothing should be the first to leave on statutory redundancy too.

Maybe closely followed by the set piece coach who has stole a living for far too long.

Excellent first marketing campaign with ‘Our Next Chapter’ for ST renewals.

Turned out the chapter is actually from a Winnie the Pooh book though...

Him and Rudkin would be on my list, completely not needed in a League 1 club

It’s very sad for some of those on the front line who love working for the club too.

Yes we forget that some of those are fans like us.

Imagine sharing a workplace with people like Winks who gets in a week what some earn in 3 years.

Disgusting to even look at vermin like him

Just remember this fella went on the celebration trip to Monaco with the squad and staff after winning the Championship

He will be coming back down to earth very soon then

This is definitely a problem. It's also a problem they only seem to promote from within. Which is always a tell-tail sign of a toxic environment.

I think the other problem is a lot of inexperienced people suddenly found themselves in situations they weren't really qualified for and got lucky with our success. So they'll never move on.

I actually met this guy around 2013 - talked to him for a while. He'd not been in the job too long. Just come from MK Don's. He was actually a nice guy (not that any of you want to hear that).

But like a lot of people at this club, it all needs a refresh.

The interviews after the game by the club do sum up everything thats wrong about the culture. Looking for ****ing positives? team showing fight? No accountability as per … **** off

Well he’s part of the SLT so to be fair it would be odd to leave him out.

Doesn’t mean it wouldn’t have been funny to see him left out.

Bloke is an over promoted plank

Good to see Anthony's media guys are doing well.

Like spelling our number one goalkeeper's name correctly on the OFFICIAL ****ING PODCAST.

That’s worse than some of the spelling you see on here… the whole club is falling to pieces lol

Some conversations must be going on many staff on Saturday told us they do not expect to have jobs going forward.

What sort of roles were these staff in?

I’d imagine it’s going to be brutal. I’ve seen corporate restructuring and you probably need to cut that staff at the club by 2/3rds, there are some departments that do great work in the community but the sad reality is a League 1 revenue can not support to critical roles.

The trouble is they start with the people at the bottom. They should start at the top the big earners
