he is way out of his depth - he has exposed Top to ridicule - the relationship between the clubs is toxisc as a result of his handy work .

I'm no fan of the guy but the owner and most senior footballing decision maker are totally inept. More communication exposes the ineptitude further, strategically - making sure they don't get on camera makes sense

As head of marketing his first job should be to sort this shit show of a page relating to senior leadership, it looks like someone from KS3 had put it together as a work experience project. I don't work in branding but understand the basics, the pictures are all different sizes, the backdrop is different for different people, we got the pitch, some wardrobes, and the CEO is on the bench. They have a literal full time photographer that could sort those out in a cpl of hours - some if the faces have been replaced with a flag?

Secondly, the page doesn't flow very well, everything is centred, you could have a small bio under each person for example.

 

I know this is chicken shit stuff, but they should be striving for excellence in everything and it just shows how inept they all are.

Well... too is not charismatic talker.  So if i was anthony i would agree a series of points for top to make and have him deliver them saying to any pushback thst these were comsidered points but that  he would reflect on any feedback... to emphisise listeming.

 

However anthony is runnong the fef... that has been  the oposite.  This is on him.  His timidity suggests inexperience
