Absolutely shocked to be honest at today's performance. 

 

Our team isn't Premier league quality but man for man based on performances we have seen these players make - Thinking promotion season for most of them, today was utterly bizzare. 

 

We looked ok in pre-season, you could see the patterns of play and style marti was trying to impress on the team. 

 

Seems the dressing room is rotten. 

Too much uncertainty around transfer activity. Players wanting out but not getting transfers. Some players maybe off (Justin, bilal). 

 

A team of poor players united with a good manager can better than the sum of the individual parts. Are we the opposite? 

 

Winks looking thoroughly miserable. 

 

After having Enzo who was clearly top top top material do they now disrespect every manager? 

 

Whats happening in the dressing room and how does marti fix it?

There better be fights breaking out in there now. Worst thing would be for them just sitting in silence not really giving a shit.

Winks can **** off. Him walking straight down the tunnel is just rude and disrespectful to us fans.

We need a proper rebuild. Pearson style. If your attitude or work ethic isn’t evident you don’t play. Get back to basics. A manager with one of these ‘philosophies’ that is all the trend now won’t help us much either. Play players in there best positions. Right now we don’t defend well or attack well. The stats say we controlled the ball more than PNE. **** that.

Winks was brought here by Enzo to have the team built around him. It worked. From his perspective it’s been a pile of shit since Enzo left. He’s not wrong. He can still do one though. His attitude stinks.

Thats an interesting point. It was really bad to watch wasn't it and Winks is being toxic. 

So he should literally freeze out players with a bad attitude or who want out and use the youth. Would pretty much write off promotion but perhaps the rebuild needs to start drastically. 

Soumare was loaned out promotion season.

Just rip the whole thing up and start again. Preferably with a new owner and DOF. Don't be held to ransom by any of these shit players just because they're slightly better than their bag of shit teammates. The whole club needs some standards setting (a la Pearson). Won't happen anytime soon though so enjoy the misery that's to come

Interesting when Pearson took over (2nd time)he quickly identified the ( bad apples) as he called them, Neil Danns, Jermaine Beckford and there was others he got rid of .

Most of us, including myself boo hoo’d this idea, but clearly there’s only one man who can do this kind of thing….. I can’t imagine the likes of Dyche allowing Winks to walk around sulking.

That comes down to poor recruitment. Pearson was obsessed with personality as well as talent, and that was a major factor in our title winning season and why Pearson is much loved and respected here. He built a dressing room to be proud of with players that wanted to prove a point, determined and with a mix of grit. 

 

Pearson would be a great DoF if it wasn't for his illness.

I'd say since Kasper left we have been on a fast decline, but yea Pearson built that culture for sure.

For me it's clear these players don't want to play for Leicester City. They clearly don't take disappointment well which is probably why they haven't made it into one of the top European Clubs. They don't seem to get on with each other either. 

 

We've seen how dangerous this attitude is for the club in the recent past. Youri being allowed to play when refusing to sign a contract and clocking off was a major error. The club has got to play hard with attitudes like this. 

 

Anyone not giving it there all, being disruptive etc needs putting in the reserves. Not selling. If we sell Winks now for say 5 million they will all be at it to force a move. 

 

I think many here have said that they'd rather watch the kids even if it means mistakes etc if it means we see a team fighting. I agree.

 

What's frustrating is the players we have should walk this league. It's only them that's holding themselves and us back.

The dressing room is one of a few roots of problems at the club. 
 

The levels of disrespect we’ve seen over the past few years has been staggering. Vestergaard, Faes and latterly Winks….. it’s unacceptable…. Last season I think we saw new lows of disrespect mainly from Winks…. Firstly to be seen holding that sign, just proved that this group is rotten. 
 

How can it be successful? When there’s no desire to play for the club? Preston beat us because they fought for it, they wanted it, they’re not better than us, they just wanted it more than us. This will just continue to be the problem until we’ve rid the club of all of the players contributing to it. 
 

This probably means we disappear into the world of nothingness for years, but the damage caused by the board room, will take years to correct……
