Winks and Hamza in the squad is.. DISGUSTING.

 

Ricardo should be playing 60 mins at least, don't name him if he's not fit to play. Faes should be starting ahead of Vestergaard.

 

Ayew should be playing alongside Daka or not at all.

 

Really concerning that we've not been linked with incomings, we're competitively weak at RB, LB, CM, AM and ST.

The issue for me is when you look at the bench, wanya and silko thomas being the next men up behind two 16 year olds. 

Squad is crying out for help in attacking areas. 

 

Really happy for monga and Page to be in the mix, but certainly in Page case its a huge ask to be solely relying on him. Monga in a rotation with mavididi is fine

This lot were the first team to get up in Birminghams face (and won) last season. 
 

I fear the worst as they’ll be well up for this.

 

An early goal and they’ll get 3 or 4.

Page gets a start - something to be excited about? I also presume Alves will be getting game time today and we will see Riccy at some point. This is what i wanted, but it has to come at a cost of having some of the senior players there too even if they are ones we would rather see elsewhere.

 

I had assumed Soumare had exhausted all his credit, but there really isn't anyone else. I suppose Marti is gambling that he and Skipp will just miraculously click, and if they dont he has leverage with Rudkin.

 

With no BEK, be really interesting to see how Page does.

Confused why Skipp and Soumaré are ahead of Winks. We know that pairing doesn't work, so what is Cifuentes seeing...?

 

Dreading Ayew up front again.

 

Fingers crossed Page and Monga give us something to be excited about. Sad that we're reliant on two players who are collectively younger than our "starting striker" though 🫠
