Makes my blood run cold seeing this thread go hot. Like we've learned nothing from Ayew and BDCR.

 

30 year old with one single half decent season under his belt, at a club that will fight to keep him as well.

 

We'll end up spunking the McAteer money on this absolute bum who will sit on our bench because he'll be our 4th/5th best winger.

 

Avoid like the plague and spend the money on some up and coming talent with a point to prove.

If Leicester are spending money I'd rather it went on James or Ivanovic as they will have some sell on value, or another as yet unknown midfield general. I'm sure Murphy is a decent player the fans love him but it sounds a bit like a compromise getting another winger when we really need a playmaker.  I suppose getting a BEK replacement isn't easy to be fair but feels like last season's business

I'm happy Braybrooke is still in the thoughts of the club. A loan may help with his progression which has somewhat stalled.
