I can't understand why the majority of the modern defenders are always on panic mode. This was never the case in the 80s, 90s or even early 00s. It can't be skill issue only, these ones lack intelligence and they look completely broken mentally.

Wrexham player clears the ball off the line but you can see clearly he's on big panic mode. The result is a laughable clearance leading to an own goal.

Absolutely baffling to me that any neutral could root for Chelsea against Wrexham.

I always cheer for English clubs in Europe

Both Mansfield and Wrexham proving football is a really simple game over complicated by idiots

Yep can’t say either team are very good but there effort and work rate have been unbelievable. I would love us to try even 50% of what they have.

I was literally just coming in here to write about the effort which is basically like this.

and deservedly they take the lead

It's a tough call.

Linkedin clipboard vvanker managed billionaire owned Super League Cockey racist-supported Überbastids who have repeatedly cheated against us, stolen our best players and manager

or

"plucky" Hollywood  backed media darlings who offend everyone because

a) they are Welsh

and

b) they have ideas above their station

Hmmmm, it's a toughie   :P

What happened to that "only the captains talk to the ref, yellow if anyone else does it" rule? By my reckoning, if it was applied properly, Cucarella should have had about 50 yellow cards today.

The ref's just given Wrexham a free kick, but all the Chelsea players need to discuss it with him before it's taken.
