Look unfit. Second goal case in point, all over the place. Will be interesting to see where Daka goes on to play after this season.

Daka has Al-Ittihad or Besiktas running through him like a stick of rock

Ayew was dreadful when it matters though.

He is “PL experienced” but doesn’t once lift his head up 🤬

Agreed Ayew needs to do better as well but he is at least trying to do something positive

That first half performance had all the signs of a team that hasn't got a clue how to attack without a Chess Board in front of them. Not a clue of what sort of press they're employing. Not a clue regarding sensing danger when attacking. All the signs of a Manager that is close to losing control of these players, if he hasn't already.

I suspect he already has !!

I’ve heard that a Sheftalia, a kind of spicy sausage, or Souvlakia (skewers) should be a safe bet, readily available  from street venders or restaurants :dunno:

Probably not worth watching we have been laughable

Time to give okoli and Nelson a run of games and let them get a settled partnership. Yes there will be the odd mistake but it genuinely can’t be worse than watching Faes at the minute. Replace Thomas and never play hamza in defence again doesn’t matter or Ricardo needs a rest the answer is not hamza

It will be an interesting watch this second half.  The game is lost, that’s done and dusted, but how will Marti try to change things?

Get them on the bus and drive home?

Hope the away fans have something to shout about second half. I feel for them.

I'd be on the M62 by now.

They've got plenty to shout about though- none of it good.

We’re in a real mess. Any optimism I had when Cifuentes took over has completely disappeared. The football’s flat, lifeless, and joyless. We’re a club in slow decline, and what’s worrying is rock bottom still feels along way away.

Meanwhile the young players we will absolutely need in a year or two will be all thinking **** this shit we’ll be better off elsewhere. Just when you think the club can’t get more rotten or deluded here we go.

It was only Saturday evening, at half time I was saying we look a good side. The win against Swansea, then a very good first half against Portsmouth… but since it’s been some of the worst football I have seen from us for a long long time

Has a feeling like that game at Portsmouth many years ago.

I have defended Marti , but I can't after that 1st half performance.

Utter shite and can only hope he says the opposite of what he said at half time on Saturday.

Should be some tea cups flying😡

I’ve said for ages that Hamza is a liability.. but some on here think he’s great.

He's always been crap, and always will be. The only time he shows any interest is when there is a new contract put under his nose

How is luke Thomas still starting games for us let alone being offered a new 4 year contract, absolute garbage!!!

Keep going and we might be in league 1 before he sees out his contract and he might actually be almost at the required standard by then!

This club is a joke passive, pathetic passing football with no end product. All you need to do in this poxy league is put teams under pressure and attack with pace and you win! But obviously our chairman still thinks it's 2019 and we have top players who pay slick football and blow teams away and picks managers to continue that style. Does he actually watch how useless some of these players are anymore?

Sadly this analysis feels spot on. The Enzo season was a dead cat bounce, but the weight of mistakes over the last four years is dragging us down. As you say, it feels like we have further to fall

Anyone reckon Marti has it in him to give them an absolute bollocking?

Given the fact he seems scared or totally averse to dropping Faes or Vestergaard and opting for Soumare for no apparent reason, I very much doubt it.

Some of the players have their minds elsewhere. Up to the manager to realise who and keep them away from players that do want to prove their worth. The mentality of some of these players is disgusting.

Well that was shockingly bad especially after bottling it on Saturday.

We have a squad of absolute duds.

Never recovered from the:

Daka soumare faes transfer window.

Brogers saying he wanted to freshen the squad with proven winners.

Faes and Soumare just need their contracts terminating at this point.

Defence is even worse since farce came in and soumare simply cannot play in a double pivot. Doesn't track back.
