Honestly think he will get the bullet today, not that I agree with it but I think it will be done as a self preservation exercise and no doubt by the end of the next international break Russell Martin will be in and within 3 months we will be back to where we are today.

Yes true, but we need to do something. We have to hire someone competent at this level and that should be the first building block we aren’t getting promoted this season, but at least get someone that can get us fighting on the pitch with some energy.

Whether people agree or not with whether either of the above should be in the team, both have come through our academy and both care about the club and I felt getting at both of those players was a bit much Okoli got it as well for a couple of misplaced passes and yet most were clamouring for him to be starting. 

 

I understand people are far from happy, it’s nowhere near good enough, but I do feel yesterday that in certain cases, the wrong people are bearing the brunt of the frustrations and I would also include the manager in this, who has inherited an unbalanced squad, numerous players who have clearly checked out and a fairly toxic environment and culture at the club. 
 

As a fanbase at some stage we need to back a manager to come in try and turn this oil tanker around but it ain’t going to be overnight, that quick fix we had under Enzo 2 seasons ago has long passed, it was never going to be the same this season. 
 

yes we had a lot of players move on and it did need a high number to leave for a number of reasons, but in reality losing players such as Vardy, Ndidi, Justin & even McAteer whilst helping the balance sheet, meant we lost a core of players who still cared about the club whilst still being left with the likes of Faes, Winks, Soumare, VK, Daka etc has left the manager with both hands tied behind his back. 

I don’t agree with booing individual players to be honest. Collectively they are a team. I am not a boo boy myself but I did walk out as frankly watching that utter dross is a waste of my weekend. All I want to see is some effort for 90 minutes, some creosote imagination. There’s nothing, just nothing from this group or manager. Do they not have any self respect? I’d be ashamed to stand by that performance and say I gave my all. To be honest now I don’t want to see some of these players again, they don’t want to be here they shouldn’t be playing. If we have to play youngsters so be it but I agree the fans need to cut some slack on a young team but hopefully they might work as a unit

Collectively as a team they aren’t good enough, that’s the whole teams job to solve. There are very few of them who can come out of an absolute schooling by Blackburn with any ounce of credit. I don’t agree with booing personally, I think it’s counter productive full stop. Some of the players singled out yesterday weren’t really deserving of booing, Luke Thomas isn’t a good footballer, but I think he try’s, maybe too much. It’s just a bad message to send to young players, you mess up a few times and the boo boys will hound you. The best way is to empty the ground, may empty seat says all the words it needs to

Another clown who says the right things, gives flashes and then gets worse because he won’t adapt.  Out players are thick but he’s not even getting them to do the basics properly.

 

We got bottom of the table QPR 1 goal a game manager and end up like bottom of the table QPR, yet surprised. But he’s a good guy right? 

 

He would get a lot more grace if we were seeing attempts on the pitch. The amount of times the wingers get the ball, but no one runs into space is insane. Any manager or analysis would pick up on passages of play as a strength work on it. 

 

Managers like Pearson appeared to be a caveman but behind the scenes was into the data side, looking at areas of weakness and strengths.  These latest batch of idiots say the “right thing” but don't seem to learn or adapt to what they have available and continue in a downward spiral.
 

This manager has made Ricardo a boring footballer, turned the raw magic and freedom of Monga into Mavadidi and Fatawu into a one trick pony. Boring and greedy. 

 

Enzo made Ndidi and KDH goal scoring and assist machines along with Mavadidi and Fatawu into genuine, exciting threats.  Now we know what happens as soon as they get the ball.

Not sure why we keep insisting on playing 1 striker every game, then I remember the only time we score a goal is a shot from outside the box, so there's actually no point in even having a striker of the pitch

It’s all very well getting rid of him but who’s going to come in and back young players to be the nucleus of the squad? 
They’ll stick with safe option. 
Cifuentes should have done that at the start of the season instead he stuck with the experienced shit we’re stuck with. 
We basically have the Spanish Steve Cooper in charge. 
What makes it even more depressing is that Russell Martin is a certainty to take over with these clowns in charge.

Another thing we do that annoys the shite out of me we pull everyone and I mean everyone back for a corner we literally fill our own 6 yard box with as many players as possible.  We don't even have any players standing on the edge of the box.  Invariably Stolarcyz gets the ball.  He then doesn't have anyone to distribute it to.  So we end up retaking shape the ball is rolled 5 yards to the Great Dane and its sideways and backwards from there total football exhilirating.

There’s a strong case in this “system” to not bother with one, pick an extra body say Mavididi (with Monga Left Wing), to float around as a false 9. After all, we’ve been playing with a false 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,10 & 11 already!

I know he’ll never get a look in here but Dave Challinor should be under consideration. 
Has done an incredible job at Stockport and his contract is up next summer. 
A rebuild is needed and he’s the sort of manager we should be looking at.
