The only thing that I can think of, is that he’s taking the talent off to rest their legs for Saturday because this is unsalvageable. But I don’t think he’s that logical.

We are not getting anything out of the game. He is simply protecting players from injury while giving minutes to those who need them. 

 

If he put on Riccardo and he got injured we'd all be pissed that he played him.

Just get shot of him and give it Andy King for the time being. Top takes an eternity to make any decisions and can see it getting pretty toxic if Marti stays much longer. The last two results just papered over the cracks.
