Popular Post frany104 Posted 25 November 2025 Popular Post Posted 25 November 2025 He’s got to go. we’ve got no identity whatsoever. The shape of the team in non existent. At serious risk of going down if he stays. 8
The Horse's Mouth Posted 25 November 2025 Posted 25 November 2025 I don’t see the point, we’re only going to see change when this team is fully ripped up. This team cannot function with any tactics from 3 different managers. 1 1

No bright future with the inept owners, crap manager and no style of play. how has this happened in the last 5 years it’s a disgrace. Make me so angry people still go down to support But but but.... Be careful what you wish for
Hammo Posted 25 November 2025 Posted 25 November 2025 Let’s face it. He has improved nothing since he arrived. Not a thing. And look at the two clueless goons that came before him.. I’ve had enough of watching this team go nowhere but down the plug hole under his wretched sterile management. Get rid asap. 3
Corky Posted 25 November 2025 Posted 25 November 2025 Just get O'Neil and Bruss in as joint managers so we can end the links with both in one go.
HankMarvin Posted 25 November 2025 Posted 25 November 2025 Makes the Dyche thread comedy gold, people in droves turning their nose up at the “footballing dinosaur” whilst jizzing over the thought of a manager with a negative win ratio in the champ, because he says the right things. 2
Popular Post SecretPro Posted 25 November 2025 Popular Post Posted 25 November 2025 Serves us right for being cheapskates over Rohl and Corberan. You get what you pay for. 12
Spanner73 Posted 25 November 2025 Posted 25 November 2025 always the managers fault ! I blame him for everything in the past 6 years

Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 25 November 2025 Posted 25 November 2025 I hope Soton don't take the foot off and we play better and lose say 3-1, will keep his job. Clown should be gone already, this has to be the final nail.

I blame him for everything in the past 6 years I get it, but you have to do better than he is doing, we haven’t played well all season and I still don’t know what his style or plan is. He has been poor, I gave him a bit of leeway because of the shit show he inherited but enough is enough.

Groby_Blue Posted 25 November 2025 Posted 25 November 2025 I'm not one for advocating sacking managers and I wanted Marti to do well but this isn't acceptable and his time is up. Absolutely no idea who we replace him with and what difference it will make but Marti is way out of his depth. 1
BKLFox Posted 25 November 2025 Posted 25 November 2025 Yep get him gone & get someone else in who will take another 10 games before putting Nelson, Okoli, Ricardo & Aluko together whilst he looks at a WF & JV pairing
Sunbury Fox Posted 25 November 2025 Posted 25 November 2025 (edited) 2 offside goals and a foul in the build up to their other goal but let's face it Marti is so poor. Absolutely clueless to play a high line in this game when we've got Vesty in defence and you saw how devastating they were on the break at the weekend. Why didn't we sit in and look to hit them on the break, as we did in other games against weaker teams like Charlton and Boro? Was also ridiculous that he's not given Aluko a few minutes here and there before now, rather than throwing him into the team for a debut in what is likely to be one of our toughest away games this season? We've not had a single really good performance this season under his leadership. No players have improved. If anything, we're getting worse. His prior record suggested he would lead us to a bottom half finish and he's on track to deliver that. Edited 25 November 2025 by Sunbury Fox 2
Claudio Fannieri Posted 25 November 2025 Posted 25 November 2025 3-0 down at half time so let’s bring on Soumare and Ayew on …..that is the actions of a man who has thrown in the towel

Kp1984 Posted 25 November 2025 Posted 25 November 2025 Wrong thread I know and take this with a large pinch of salt but someone I know that works at training ground seen a Saudi shake looking around the club the other day with high ups and I was just told. I’m not sure if I believe it but he don’t normally lie 1
