Erm he is a pretty huge one, it’s only 2 seasons since we went up

You don’t need to tell me that. I can’t stand him.

I just meant he’s not the biggest problem compared to the nepo baby

Disagree - That looking for one answer for all our issues, which there are regrettably is plenty. He 100% needs to go mind.

Hence why I said the manager is a huge problem and not the sole problem.

A shit manager exacerbates the issues from above, money spent transfer dealing etc.

A decent manager and just like last time people wouldn’t be scrutinising as much.

Letting guys like Faes back into the fold really was his downfall.

Would’ve have so much more respect for him if he was strong and banished these guys.

So far the only player that was banished is Ben Nelson bizarrely.

Has to go. He hasn't got much to work with, but he could at least instill some fight. Time for crockery to be flying. He seems incapable of firing them up. He should also be playing the youngsters.

would people still keep MC if performances where there?

What kind of question is that? If the performances were there, we wouldnt be where we are in the table no?

Not really, the players are 3 years older and were playing at their best level then. Forward 3 yrs were still playing the same players. He’s part of the problem but not even half of it .

No. If we we're still around Top 6 but performing good, then you keep him.

Good performances but 16th? Sackable regardless.

Yeah but if the performances werent dog shit we would be much higher in the table so then it becomes a non issue.  Constant shite performances and continuous bad results tend to go hand in hand

Yeah ok mate, and the decent players that done well last time like fatawu and mavididi that have gone to shit that’s all down to being old.

Monga the old bastard looked better in the Prem.

The same dross was probably rolled out about Southampton players before the change

Hopefully consecutive defeats to teams who sacked underperforming managers and then mysteriously started climbing the table will nudge him over the edge but I'm not convinced it will

in theory yes, but the one i look back at is 14/15 under NP, and that horrible run where we could get a result for love nor money yet we didnt really play bad at all

so they dont always go hand in hand

but its just a general question because after that second half performance it might give MC some grace, shouldnt though, as we've been shit all season

Oh so your picking 3 players 🤣🤣🤣🤣 you know exactly what I mean unless you’re about 3yrs old.
