Sort of at the point where I don't think Marti is the answer but i don't think many managers we could attract could get a tune out of this squad. If we could genuinely get a decent manager then replace him. But I don't want a possession based manager; that second half is how we should be playing.

 

I can't even blame him for the goals we conceded today.

 

What I'd like is for him to come out and say Winks and Faes are never playing for us again and he thought 2 influential players with double digit international caps would be better. I'm fed up of those 2 clowns getting clean slate after clean slate. They're bang average championship players with delusions of grandeur. And there's a reason the last manager put them in the bomb squad. And I'm fed up of firing managers just as they realise they're the problem players and then getting a new manager in and we just get worse and worse.

Started going wrong when he integrated more of the so called more ‘senior  established’ players into the team. Their attitude is rotten and they need to be kicked out. Doesn’t look like Marti is a strong enough character that is needed.

Said it ages ago that there isn’t the strength in the man to essentially put certain players on gardening leave and pretend they don’t exist. He’s fallen into the same trap of those before him who thought they could snap shit bags like Faes and Winks out of being soft hearted fairy ****s. He’ll pay for it with his job but hopefully he learns from this in future roles because he doesn’t seem a bad bloke.

I don't know why anyone thinks that someone else will come in and Vestergaard, Faes and Winks etc will not still be involved.

 

We are stuck with these options, at best until January. 

 

Marti would've been hoping he could get until Jan but I don't think he will now.

We keep going around and around making the same mistakes, it’s a vicious circle. 
Im not disagreeing with you either, our inability to put in a competitive performance for 90 minutes costs us most games. 
Bar one or two players our squad is made up of 

Players who don’t want to be here and don’t try

Players who aren’t good enough and don’t try.

Players who aren’t good enough but do try.

 

Combine this with the pathetic style of play our Manager insists we begin every game then it’s a recipe for disaster.

I don’t think he’s the answer but I don’t think anyone is at this club at the moment.

Yeah. He like Ruud and Cooper are poor managers, but no one will get a tune out of these weak, entitled, soft players. We seem physically weaker and more cautious in possession than every other team in the league.

It will if a manager drops recognises that JV is the root of many problems and drops or gets him to change. 
 

If another clown comes in and gives them all a clean sheet then it will be the same.

 

Remove JV and the tempo is quicker, less passes into the striker which too often result in a counter as JV is so high up the pitch. 
 

Get a manager who tells the wingers to run into space and gets the midfield to stop passing the ball behind them.
