After the equalised it was clear the momentum was with them but he did nothing tactically to turn the tide. All he does is like for like substitutions. He'll only change the shape and play two up top when there's 5 minutes left and we're chasing the game. Luke Thomas is so far off it and the unwillingness to play Aluko is negligence enough but even if he didn't want to play Aluko, just play a formation that doesn't need a left back. Anyone but him. 3

Because no one even had the sense to insert a clause that he could be fired with minimal pay off if we were below [x] number of points or [y] position in the league when the guy was so desperate to be here he was paying some of his own compensation and we’d seen what happens when you’re lumbered with a manager you don’t want in RVN. Joking aside then we should've got in M.O'Neill as interim but it was always on the cards he'd return for stint three at Celtic once the waster Nancy was sacked.....no idea what the perfect answer is from this point forth to be honest but I still doubt for now we'll get relegated, even with a points deduction! However we're not going up which I believe was Marti's remit - to get us up! So the answer is to surely sack him once it's clear that isn't going to happen. No time like the present?!
