That's the biggest issue, he has had 3 months and there is no identity whatsoever, the team does nothing well

But no one is buying the club and Top isn’t interested in sorting out staff at board level. 
 

We also have an extremely passive fanbase who lack passion so there won’t be the required protests against this inept board.

it’s worse than cooper and arguably worse than Ruud, who both left to cries of “well at least the next one can’t do any worse”  and Marti will be the same. 

 

Eventually some of you lot might realise that it can always be worse and don’t rule out the complete incompetents at the top of this club managing to find someone who can indeed be worse than Marti. They are the number 1 problem.
