Commentators from other clubs always comment on how our players and squad are stronger. So if we lose or don’t beat inferior opposition it’s either the managers game plan that is not working or their attitude stinks. In our case it’s both. Enzo had an aura and personality that I think managed to get something out of these wasters. Cifuentes hasn’t got that. I say again, would we have employed a British guy who finished 17-18th with QPR? The board are rotten, but this guy is crap I’m afraid.

problem is the performances and lack of identity. have we had two good halves all season? Board etc. are the issue but have to expect more.

Yea he could include them over some of the shit maybe overtime it will happen, no manager would come in and just play the youngsters though so not sure what your on about.

Hasn’t really shown much this season and arguably players look worse than they did at the backend of last season against better opponents.

When you consider how other teams with a much lower wage budget and significantly less talent on paper are performing, its really really poor. Youd struggle to find many who would be doing this badly

People can criticise Marti but he sees them in training every day and he literally warned us last game about managing Ramsey because of injuries....and now he's injured!

Feeling quite smug that I was in the minority that wasn't keen on this appointment... I just didn't see what others were seeing. 

Got no clue who we go for next though. I just hope they act soon, and not let this slide continue, as we could end up fighting relegation by the end of the season at this rate of decline.

With this board I would say yes. 

 

They cannot look beyond the UK for a manager.

Consider that we didn’t deserve to beat Charlton and scraped past Sheff weds we could easily have been in the bottom half.

Money helps but we’re rotten to the core. Too many who ain’t good enough or on too much money for us to get rid and shuffle the pack. 
 

Majority of these players have been responsible for multiple relegations and appalling performances - whilst they are still here we’re going to be constantly dragged down until enough of the rot has gone

How long does he want 

more than 12 games, even bringing in a few youngsters we would still have the old guard in and around the team.

 

I think we need 2 windows before we see any change regardless of the manager.
