Reluctantly agree. He just (rightly) annoys people because of the way he came by a Test berth in the first place and his inability to deal with the technical issue that costs him his wicket in the early overs time after time.

That's fair enough and I can see the frustration there.

Possible controversial opinion here; Crawley appears to get an inordinate amount of flak both here and elsewhere considering he is the top run scorer for England both in the last Ashes series and this one, and his scoring in this series at least has been consistent, rather than feast or famine.

I'm not the guys biggest fan, but there are much more pressing issues than him opening.

Wonder if he’s worth a go at 3. He’s played there before - think he got his double century against Pakistan in that position? Solves a problem position and potentially allows someone like Hameed or Emilio Gay to come in at the top of the order. I like the look of Bethell but not sure he’s a natural number 3 yet.

Rumours we're looking at Ravi Shastri to come in for the test side coaching.

Be weird seeing him as an England coach!

Khawaja has announced that the next Test will be his last.

An excellent player for Australia over the years in a tricky position.

Will obviously be keen to go out with a bang

Two years prepping Bashir….. to carry the drinks in the dead rubber fifth test lol

Hey TNT Sport presenter who has said "final swansong" twice in the last 10 minutes, "swansong" already implies finality.

On Stick To Cricket the other day, Cook let slip the only reason Bash was originally picked was off of 6 balls Bash bowled at him, and Stokes liked the look of it.

Mad, isn't it? What a waste of a squad space.

Maybe they meant final Swann song as Graeme ends the show with a duet with Kevin Pietersen?

Duckett to be out within 10 balls

He's in a wretched state. Shouldn't be playing.

Probably been mentioned on here before but why to TNT show the score the wrong way around like the Aussies do? It's just not cricket.

They do have some incredible grounds in Australia. Love the traditional elements maintained at Adelaide and Sydney.

Adelaide is a particularly attractive ground imo. But Sydney is nice.

Batting line up is too safe, not enough threat or variation to those performing poorly

They manage to mix the traditional elements with modern day infrastructure really well.

Duckett so desperate not to face Starc, he's quite prepared to run himself out.

(edit - I think he's sorted himself out - fingers crossed for a 150 opening partnership)
