Fancy taking 2 nieces 12/13 and brother in law Boxing Day.

They not members or fans but think they’d enjoy day out.

How can I get them tickets be going with my daughter we always go.

Not worth them becoming members, do I need to leave it until general sale?

like to sit front of family stand so may not be possible if leaving it late!

Many matches have made it to general sale this season. I’m a season ticket holder and I won’t be going on Boxing Day - I assume many others will be doing the same.

Which ones? I've hardly seen any general sale advertised, the lowest it gets is season ticket "guests". Gen sale has barely been a thing for years.

I think I’m right, but I couldn’t tell you the matches as I don’t ever need to buy them. But I swear I’ve seen general sale a couple of times this season.

Because the matches vanish from the website after the game, I can’t go back and check.

Are you season ticket holders? If so you’ll have to wait until “season ticket holder guest” becomes available. They would need supporter numbers but you can create accounts for free for that. Then you’ll just need to call, ask them to relocate your season tickets so you can all sit together.

Blackburn definitely general sale. There were a few more earlier in the season too.

I’m sure someone would gladly pay for you to go….. Christmas is supposed to be a time for happiness and joy…… why ruin it?

Believe every game has gone to it this season, the club just don’t advertise it ad it would mean the membership is largely pointless for home games.

If this is true, and the club are prioritising memberships over getting a full ground each week that’s yet another commercial indictment

You know who would buy memberships? People who are able to go for the first time this season and enjoyed it.

With our away form unless it really improves you’ll still probably beat us !

Well we haven’t won at home since August…

Although I have looked at your own away results and see you haven’t won away all season!

Oh well, bring out the thread….

Thanks for replies I’m only a member predicting enough points to be a ST holder next season.

Brother in Law a plastic fan of a ‘big’ team but his kids would enjoy the ‘atmosphere’ and day out.

Also worth it to get out the bloody house.

Fresh winter December air!

My recommendation is take your nieces to Rutland Water for that instead

Don't punish them by having them watch sub-par football in an outdated crap tiny stadium like the King Power making them sit on flimsy plastic blue chairs.
